Backflow Testing

G Bates Plumbing has qualified and licensed Plumbers to carry out your backflow needs including installation or repairs of backflow devices, surveying, annual testing, and fire device testing all in one convenient place. More and more Cities are requiring backflow devices be installed in numerous places within commercial businesses and can carry heavy fines if requirements are not within compliance. Furthermore, to having these devices installed, it is a legal requirement that they be tested annually to ensure they are working properly.

With OWWA Certified Plumbers, we also provide Survey’s at the request of the city. These are usually required by each municipality every 5 years.

High Pressure Cleaning

Did you know that a ‘Sump Pit’ is placed in a building to help keep drains from backing up and flooding? Or did you know that a ‘Grease Trap’ collects food deposits and keeps them from entering our sanitary sewers or septic tanks?

Keeping your Sump Pit, Grease Trap or even a Catch Basin clean is vital to these items working properly. Luckily Uniflo’s Flusher trucks can get the job done with a High-Pressure Water System to clean the insides. Even more, they can also flush your drain lines to help ensure no drains lines are dirty or clogging.

Vacuuming

Do you need Vacuuming Services? Do you need your Sump Pit, Catch Basin, or Grease Trap cleaned out? What about your sediment pit or trench drains? Are these things in an underground parking with a height limit?

Thanks to Uniflo’s two low profile vacuum unit, we are capable of fitting into any underground area. We haven’t found one we can’t get into yet. Even better, we have our own licensed MOE disposal site, which we can transfer all the debris and waste too.
